Take 2 dozen (24) Radishes and add about ¼ spoon of glycerine to it and mix well in a bottle.

Usage of Hydrogen Peroxide as Natural Deodorant
Mix 2 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide with 2 liters of water and wash your armpits. This is an effective way to control sweating as hydrogen peroxide dries very quickly.
Natural Deodorant with Baking Soda, Starch and Coconut Oil
Ingrediants needed :
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons starch of your choice (arrowroot powder, corn starch, potato starch)
- 3 tablespoons (35 grams) organic virgin coconut oil, softened.
Procedure : In a bowl, mix starch, baking soda and coconut oil.
Stir them until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Refrigerate it for few hours until it becomes hard.
Once hardened, it can be rubbed at desired place on skin like Pop-Up deodorant tub.
This amount is good enough to last for 2-3 months.
Store it in airtight container inside refrigerator for long lasting usage.
Yet another Natural Deodorant Recipe (travel friendly)
Ingrediants needed :
- 6 grams Beeswax
- 40 grams Coconut Oil
- 35 grams Baking Soda
- 15 grams Starch, such as potato starch, corn starch, etc
- 20 drops palmarosa essential oil
Procedure : Place the Beeswax in a heat resistant bowl and let it melt down gently by placing this bowl over simmering water.
While melting, add coconut oil and stir it. After removing from heat, add baking sods, starch and stir it again until you get a creamy substance.
Transfer this into an empty deodorant stick and once it solidifies, you can carry it as any other deo-stick.
Other Natural Home Made Deodorants
- You can dilute Essential Oils like tea tree, rosemary, lavender, pine, peppermint with water and apply to your armpits. Essential oils fight bacteria and are fragrant.
- Citrus fruits such as lemons, oranges can change the pH value of your skin.
Bacteria, which cause foul smells cannot survive in this acidic environment. So, cut a lemon, dab it on your armpit and pat dry. - Take some Baking Soda and dust it in your armpits, feet, groin and neck.
It can absorb moisture and kill the bacteria which causes odour.
Apart from these home made remedies, avoid spicy, fried food.
Make sure you consume a lot of green, leafy vegetables such as Spinach.
